DISC Village, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that provides a wide variety of treatment and rehabilitative services to more than 10,000 individuals and families throughout North Florida each year. The agency has been in existence for 30 years and employs a multi-disciplinary staff of over 400 people.  DISC Village, Inc. is accredited through CARF-The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission and licensed by the State of Florida.  

DISC Village, Inc. offers a full continuum of care from prevention and assessment to residential treatment and aftercare for individuals adversely affected by alcohol and other drug abuse, mental health problems, and involvement in the criminal and juvenile justice systems. There are little or no costs involved for obtaining services and the limited, existing fees are based on a sliding- scale (ability to pay).

Our Mission

The primary mission of DISC Village, Inc. is to promote the well being of individuals, families and those with whom they are closely associated who are adversely affected by alcohol and other drug abuse, crime, behavioral problems and mental health disorders.  

DISC Village, Inc. is committed to developing a broad continuum of services in response to the multiple and diverse needs of the community while helping assure public safety.  This will be accomplished by focusing upon staff competence, measurable outcomes in services and consumer satisfaction. 
 

Our Guiding Principles

DISC Village, Inc. utilizes a holistic approach to treatment to promote self-sufficiency within a framework of responsibility to the community.  This includes assisting clients and their families to develop the life skills necessary to respond to factors that contribute to social and personal dysfunctions.  DISC Village, Inc. services are designed with sensitivity to the cultural expectations of individuals within the context of the larger community.  

DISC Village, Inc. services are provided in the most effective and efficient manner possible.  DISC Village, Inc. is committed to continuously improving services to the satisfaction of the agency's consumers and the community.

DISC Village, Inc. engages in activities that focus upon the prevention of alcohol and other drug abuse, crime, behavioral problems, and mental health disorders.

Clients, family members, and those with whom they are closely associated are treated in a humane and professional manner that preserves their sense of personal dignity and integrity.  Services for juvenile and adult criminal justice system clients promote public safety, the safety of clients and staff, and clients-re-entry into the community as law abiding citizens.
