Case Management

The Dependency Case Management program strives to provide the highest quality of child welfare prevention and intervention services to children and their families within their community. Our team looks to prevent and reduce the incidences of child abuse and neglect and to increase the quality of life for children and their families.

DCM services are designed and implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of the child and to provide permanency. Our program is designed to provide a continuum of services from preventive and supportive services that assist families in times of stress, to intensive therapeutic services that help families cope with acute or chronic conditions that threaten child safety and family stability and well-being.

Our specialized family services are designed to help parents, maintain children safely in their own home, support families preparing to reunite or adopt, and to assist families in obtaining community-based services and supports.
