Amy Grissom

Adult Services Supervisor

As a graduate of Saint Leo University with a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and Management, Ms. Grissom came to DISC Village with over 20 years of experience in Contract Administration and Grant Writing and is a Certified Contract Manager and Contract Negotiator through the State of Florida, Department of Management Services. 

Ms. Grissom is the Supervisor of Adult Services for DISC Village which provides broad outpatient prevention, intervention, and aftercare counseling services to adults who may suffer from substance use disorders and/or other behavioral health disorders. 

Ms. Grissom leads her staff to work and live by The Four Agreements: 1. Be impeccable with your words. 2. Don’t take anything for granted. 3. Don’t make assumptions. 4. Always do your best.
